Customer Onboarding / Support Manager in SaaS - Remote

In Short

• Active listening to understand customer needs in demo calls (2-4 daily) for E-commerce and SaaS clients.
• Presentation, sales, and implementation of our cloud integration solutions via online video meetings.
• Close collaboration with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Provide feedback to the product team for software development and user simplification.
• Lead business development and sales initiatives to drive growth and explore new customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or similar roles.
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can set and achieve realistic goals and KPIs.
• Proactive approach to process optimization with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Bonus: Experience with financial accounting, payroll, or similar tasks.
