Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for new full-time employees (m/f/d) in the field of administration & back office – up to 100% remote.

In Short

• Execute classic commercial, administrative, and organizational tasks such as processing orders, managing personnel files, creating invoices, monitoring payments, bookkeeping activities, and applicant management.
• Take on secretarial and assistant tasks like travel planning, errands, or scheduling appointments.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers: e.g., answering calls, responding to emails, obtaining quotes.
• Manage documents: e.g., maintain filing systems, review contracts, enter data into systems.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree.
• No prior IT experience is necessary for technical tasks, but some IT affinity is required.
• Ability to follow existing processes and work with focus.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in our office in Worms.
• Quick comprehension and high discipline.
• Good handling of performance pressure.
• Clear and error-free written and verbal communication in German.
