Overview

As our Head of Sales, you’ll drive our growth and market presence across the BENE region. Through your leadership, you’ll attract new clients, strengthen partnerships, and inspire a talented sales team to deliver cutting-edge IT security solutions tailored to both enterprise and SME needs. Your impact will be pivotal in establishing us as a European IAM leader.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and meeting client needs with tailored solutions.
  • Drive new client acquisition and retention by identifying and securing high-impact business opportunities.
  • Oversee P&L, budgets, and targets for BENE region sales, enhancing growth through cross-selling and upselling of our entire portfolio of IT-Security services.
  • Lead sales processes, manage high-volume deals, and handle decision-making and escalations for all sales activities.
  • Align with international Sales Leads and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective cross-country sales initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor an 8+ member sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and client focus.
  • Guide sales organizational design and change initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to drive cohesive and effective regional sales initiatives.
  • Serve as a key member of the management team, contributing to strategic decisions and overall company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years’ experience in sales, including new business development and account management.
  • 3+ years of experience in cross/up-selling IT Security Services (preferably IAM) with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring a sales team of at least 5 people.
  • Strong experience selling to enterprise and SME clients across Europe.
  • Proven track record of selling to C-level stakeholders.
  • P&L and budget management expertise.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
  • Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, analytical skills, commercial mindset, customer-focused, collaborative, problem-solver, proactive, persuasive communicator, organized, data-driven, results-oriented.
  • Available full time and able to work from our Waardenburg office 3 days per week.
