Overview

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Analyst at SiteMinder, you will provide frontline technical assistance and support to our global customers, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional technical and analytical support.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Log all customer issues accurately in the CRM tool (SalesForce).
  • Participate in product enhancement and training sessions.
  • Provide feedback to help evolve SiteMinder products and systems.
  • Test new features and document observations.
  • Improve support processes by identifying ownership opportunities.
  • Work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manage remote working successfully.

Requirements

  • High level of customer service and analytical skills.
  • Technical knowledge, preferably from a hotel background.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a high-volume telephone-based SLA and KPI driven environment.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to diagnose web browser and connectivity issues.
  • Curiosity and proactive mindset.
