In Short

  • Provide bilingual support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist with account activation and integration troubleshooting.
  • Deliver guidance on retirement plan offerings.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases.
  • Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must pass a background check.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Finance, or IT is a plus.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support.
  • Familiarity with retirement plans is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
