Overview

The Sales Executive role at SiteMinder involves becoming a trusted advisor to small and medium-sized hotel owners, helping them understand how our products can benefit their property.

In Short

  • Client acquisition by creating new opportunities and upselling current customers.
  • Achieving sales KPIs and targets, finalizing all sales in a timely manner.
  • Preparing accurate quotes and developing proposals for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of business development activities on the CRM system.
  • Providing client feedback on products to the Product Team.

Requirements

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Energetic phone presence and enthusiasm in leading meetings.
  • Strong verbal skills for professional communication with customers.
  • Self-motivation and resilience.
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
