Overview

The Business Development Manager at SiteMinder is responsible for closing new business and achieving revenue goals through innovative strategies and client acquisition.

In Short

  • Focus on client acquisition and upselling to current customers.
  • Achieve sales KPIs and targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM.
  • Provide feedback on products to the Product Team.
  • Work with industry groups and attend events to promote products.

Requirements

  • Experience in new business acquisition, preferably in SaaS.
  • Background in hotel tech, OTA, or revenue management is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and resilient.
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback.
  • Good level of English.
