In Short

  • Client acquisition - Creating new opportunities and upselling current customers.
  • Achieving sales KPIs and targets - finalizing all sales in a timely manner.
  • Presentation and negotiation – Prepare accurate quotes and develop and present proposals to clients.
  • CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
  • Client feedback – Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A confident phone presence and great listening skills.
  • Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers.
  • Self-motivation and resilience.
  • Growth mindset - openness to feedback and coaching.
