Overview

As an Account Executive at SiteMinder, you will become a trusted advisor to small- and medium-sized hotel owners, helping them understand how our products can benefit their property.

In Short

  • Client acquisition through creating new opportunities and upselling.
  • Achieving sales KPIs and targets.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
  • Providing client feedback to the Product Team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of SaaS sales experience.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Confident phone presence and great listening skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and resilient.
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Experience in the travel/hotel/hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Experience selling into the Nordics or Baltics region is a plus.
  • Fluency in one of the Nordics or Baltics languages is a plus.
