Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts, develop key client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and the sales process.
  • Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with prospective clients.
  • Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to the product team to enhance product-market fit.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Manage a growing sales team at a high growth startup.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with experience managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its challenges (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to sales and market entry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
