Overview

The Director of Sales, USSOCOM position is a remote role that reports to the Senior Director of Sales, USA. The successful individual in this role will actively participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, for both existing and emerging markets/channels in the USSOCOM market.

In Short

  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
  • Participate in trade shows and customer events.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions.
  • Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach in all dealings.
  • Maintain an annual revenue quota.
  • May require travel 1 - 2 weeks per month.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/business development.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in military/government markets.
  • Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions.
  • Experience working with resellers and distributors.
