Overview

The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating Sika products to various end-user segments within a defined territory through The Home Depot and Lowe's, aiming to build relationships and drive sales performance.

• Perform sales activities to increase market share.
• Recommend sales forecasts and monitor deviations.
• Partner with management to develop sales growth plans.
• Assist DIY customers with projects and recommend products.
• Engage with Pro customers on sales calls.
• Maintain product displays and sales aides.
• Identify opportunities for impactful product displays.
• Plan and participate in store-specific events.
• Train and demo products to associates and consumers.
• Ensure sufficient product supply through automatic replenishment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in merchandising or retail operations preferred.
• Self-directed and results-oriented.
• Strong computer, time management, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work seasonal hours, including Saturdays.
• Outside travel may be required.
