Overview

As the Director of Hivemind for Europe & Africa, you will lead the regional growth of Hivemind Enterprise, driving customer adoption and collaboration in defense technology.

In Short

• Lead the Hivemind product strategy across Europe & Africa.
• Champion Hivemind with defense customers and OEMs.
• Support end-to-end Hivemind integrations onto third-party platforms.
• Engage with government customers and field users.
• Bridge communication between customers and engineering teams.
• Lead regional demonstration campaigns and RFP responses.
• Provide feedback to inform autonomy roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Ensure compliance with export control and system certification.
• Travel up to 30-50% across Europe and Africa.
• Drive the scaling of Hivemind Enterprise.

Requirements

• 10+ years in defense, aerospace, or autonomous systems.
• Deep understanding of defense technology programs.
• Proven track record of delivering complex systems.
• Familiarity with European defense procurement processes.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
