The DV Hotline Specialist is a crucial remote position responsible for managing the 24-hour domestic and sexual violence hotline, providing crisis intervention, advocacy, and support to callers in need.

In Short

• Full-time position from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 1am.
• Conduct crisis screenings for shelter entry eligibility.
• Provide emotional support and trauma-informed crisis intervention.
