Overview

The Employee Training Specialist is responsible for developing and designing training programs, conducting training classes, and ensuring quality assurance and compliance within the healthcare organization.

Requirements

• Ability to produce course materials and outlines.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate on-the-job training.
• Ability to monitor quality and productivity.
• Willingness to travel to multiple facilities.
