Overview

The Country Sales Leader in Poland will be responsible for establishing and driving the commercial strategy for SharkNinja, building a high-performing team, and adapting global strategies to fit the local market.

In Short

  • Own the commercial growth of SharkNinja in Poland with full P&L accountability.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional local team.
  • Act as the brand ambassador in Poland.
  • Localize global strategies for the Polish market.
  • Work with regional and global teams to align priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a strong, inclusive team culture.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director of DACH and Poland.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership or general management.
  • Strong understanding of the Polish market landscape.
  • Proven success in scaling businesses and leading teams.
  • Strategic vision and operational grit.
  • Comfortable in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
