Senior Manager, North America Transportation - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, North America Transportation is responsible for leading SharkNinja’s domestic transportation operations across direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) outbound freight, as well as intra-network transfers. This leader will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of transportation performance across various modes, ensuring the best order-to-porch and dock-to-door performance at the lowest total cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in domestic transportation management.
• Proven leadership in DTC parcel and B2B retail freight.
• Expertise in LTL, TL, and parcel pricing structures.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS).
• Demonstrated success managing 3PLs and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
