Requirements

• A degree in Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product design and innovation.
• A rich portfolio of successful consumer products.
• Proven leadership in building and developing creative teams.
• An ability to lead with vision and remain hands-on.
• A natural presenter and communicator.
• Strong technical foundation in high-volume manufacturing.
• A love for making and inspiring others.
• Bold thinking grounded in insight and empathy.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Adobe Suite.
