• Lead comprehensive fundraising strategy for Vote Mama PAC, Foundation, and Lobby.
• Manage major donor portfolio and institutional funding.

• Supervise the Development team and provide guidance.
• Ensure alignment between fundraising strategy and organizational priorities.
• Expand donor base with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
• Oversee fundraising operations and data management.
• Participate in team meetings and performance reviews.
• Work in a fully remote environment with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of political fundraising experience.
• Track record of cultivating relationships with major donors.
• Experience in building and executing fundraising strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven success in team leadership and management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with CRMs.
• Success in managing a substantial fundraising portfolio.
• Understanding of professional and financial ethics.
• Willingness to travel for events as needed.

• Salary: $130,000–$145,000, commensurate with experience.
