Senior Director of Development - Remote

As our next Senior Director of Development, you’ll lead the charge in raising the critical funding that powers our programs, platforms, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising or major gifts.
• Experience securing six- or seven-figure gifts.
• Strong storytelling skills to motivate donors.
• Confidence in donor meetings and making asks.
• Understanding of the full donor lifecycle.
• Highly organized and goal-driven.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFRE or Master's is a plus.
