• Beyond Type 1 is hiring a Project Manager to help move cross-functional work forward.
• This role sits at the center of multiple teams and is responsible for bringing clarity, alignment, and momentum to initiatives.
• You will work closely with leaders and team members to shape plans and ensure work supports organizational goals.
• Drive projects from idea to impact across Programs, Growth, and Marketing.
• Translate high-level goals into clear plans, milestones, and next steps.
• Adjust plans as priorities shift and new information becomes available.
• Bring together input from different teams and ensure nothing gets lost between handoffs.
• Provide leaders with clear visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Strengthen how work gets planned and executed across teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana is preferred.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience owning work that spans multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize in real time.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and making progress without perfect information.
• Clear and direct communication skills across both technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience building or improving processes and ways of working.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana or similar platforms.
