Overview

The Vice President, Care Delivery is responsible for the operational execution and performance of Sharecare’s clinical programs, ensuring they are delivered consistently and efficiently to achieve measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Nursing or other clinical degree required.

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in value-based care and population health preferred.
• Track record of improving engagement and retention.
• Experience scaling teams and workflows across multiple programs.
• Strong people leadership experience.
