Overview

As VP, Clinical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Wheel’s clinical future. You’ll oversee key aspects of clinical operations, including quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and team management.

In Short

• Provide leadership to the Clinical Operations Team.
• Lead operations with a command of key performance indicators.
• Evaluate performance of each team member.
• Manage and scale clinical support operations.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients.
• Ensure the team manages the clinical aspects of client launches.
• Lead the development and execution of the Quality Assurance Program.
• Maintain and oversee clinical regulatory aspects.
• Create and implement scalable processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare management role.
• Experience working with digital product and technical teams preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to blend clinical knowledge with business knowledge.
