Operations Associate, Credentialing and Payer Enrollment - Remote

Overview

The Operations Associate, Credentialing and Payer Enrollment will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations involved in credentialing and enrolling clinicians, ensuring a smooth process and improving operational workflows.

• Manage tracking and progress of clinician credentialing and payer enrollment workflows.
• Identify and resolve blockers in credentialing and enrollment processes.
• Support clinicians with credentialing and enrollment requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide subject matter expertise to team members and clinicians.
• Assist in increasing clinician capacity and earnings.
• Communicate effectively with clinicians and internal partners.
• Be detail-oriented and curious about process improvements.
• Utilize AI to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in operations or healthcare.
• 1+ years of experience in credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity about process improvements and AI.
