Associate, Credentialing Operations - Remote

Overview

Oscar is hiring an Associate to join our Credentialing Operations team, focusing on enhancing credentialing functions and managing operational data.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify provider data-related challenges.
• Produce required data deliverables and provide subject matter expert support.
• Develop and implement credentialing strategies and policies.
• Conduct internal quality audits of credentialing files.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Support delegated credentialing arrangements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of credentialing experience adhering to NCQA standards.
• 3+ years of experience resolving credentialing problems.
• 2+ years in quality auditing with success in identifying problem areas.
• 2+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Expert in Excel and/or Google Sheets with 3+ years of experience.
