In Short

  • Support provider credentialing and recredentialing activity.
  • Assist end-users through the credentials collection and verification process.
  • Collaborate with network development, customer success, and compliance teams.
  • Perform document upload and data entry tasks.
  • Review/Approve provider credentials via the homeAlign™ platform.
  • Prepare credentialing packets for supervisor review.
  • Engage providers with outbound outreach to expedite the credentialing process.
  • Prioritize credentialing of providers in “high risk” markets.
  • Initiate the credentialing process with newly identified providers.
  • Other duties as assigned/necessary.

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document reports clearly and concisely.
  • Professional phone demeanor.
  • Computer proficiency with new programs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
