Overview

The Senior Manager of Customer Success is responsible for delivering on client commitments, producing accurate and timely reporting, and monitoring the financial and operational performance of assigned accounts to ensure alignment with expectations and service standards.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth with existing customers.
  • Lead client meetings and ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance of accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill partner requirements.
  • Support the General Manager in reporting and analytics.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Develop proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide oversight on invoicing and member issue resolutions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Account Management and/or sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Medicare Advantage or Long-Term Care Insurance industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Comfortable with technology and navigating multiple platforms.
