The Manager of Credentialing and Payor Operations will help Sprinter Health scale its operations through effective credentialing and payor enrollment strategies, ensuring seamless provider onboarding and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience building a credentialing program preferred.
• Leadership experience in credentialing and enrollment.
• Experience in a healthcare or digital health company preferred.
• Strong operational expertise and workflow optimization skills.
• Familiarity with payor enrollment and compliance regulations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Tech-savvy with a focus on process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
