Overview

The Manager, Credit/Operations at Sony Music Entertainment is responsible for monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, resolving disputes, and improving operational processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills including Microsoft Query and Access.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• General ledger analysis experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the music business model.
