• Collaborate with various departments at Sony Music on fan engagement initiatives.
• Review artist campaigns for functionality and design.
• Plan and coordinate newsletters related to artists and brands.
• Support fandom research and assist superfans with Discord management.
• Create internal reports on CRM activities.
• Analyze past campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft365 and willingness to learn new tools.
• Knowledge of Discord and fan communities.
• Proficient in English and German.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured working style.
• Enjoy finding creative and surprising solutions.
• Strong data handling and analytical skills.
