In Short

• Lead and oversee a team that manages Licensing/CVO, Credentialing, and Privilege processes.
• Process physician accreditation and insurance enrollment.
• Manage provider data and ensure accuracy of credentialing files.
• Analyze local payor markets for partnership opportunities.
• Perform primary source verification.
• Maintain provider credential database.
• Prepare analytical reports on credentialing activity.
• Respond to provider inquiries effectively.
• Mentor and coach the credentialing team.
• Develop and implement credentialing policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; master's preferred.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in credentialing with leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Established relationships with key payers are a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skilled in preparing presentations for C Suite stakeholders.
