Overview

The Senior Provider Enrollment Manager is responsible for leading our Clinician Enrollment and Credentialing departments, ensuring high performance and compliance in healthcare provider enrollment processes.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare credentialing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with credentialing software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage remote teams.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
