Overview

The Clinician Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, building relationships with residency programs, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective candidates in the field of Emergency Medicine.

• Conduct candidate hospital tours and interviews.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two years of Healthcare recruitment experience.
• Hospital Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine recruitment experience preferred.
