Overview

The AVP, Credentialing and Payer Enrollment at Privia Health is responsible for leading a national team overseeing all aspects of credentialing and payer enrollment processes for providers in high-performance medical groups.

In Short

• Lead a national team for provider credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for payer-related matters.

• Utilize Robotic Process Automation for departmental scalability.
• Maintain confidentiality of provider information.
• Coordinate management and operational reports.
• Drive continual process and quality improvement efforts.
• Ensure team training and independent work capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managed care credentialing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Effective communication with practitioners and providers.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Executive presence for clear communication of complex information.
• Knowledge of NCQA, Joint Commission, URAC, CMS regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• athena and EPIC experience preferred.
