Cybersecurity Assurance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Cybersecurity Assurance Analyst at Privia Health is responsible for ensuring IT systems are secure and compliant with healthcare regulations, collaborating with teams to address security risks and support governance processes.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and HITRUST regulations.
• Perform regular audits of user access controls.
• Implement identity governance policies using IGA tools.
• Design and test SOX controls related to user access.
• Collaborate with teams on evolving security policies.
• Document governance processes and approval workflows.
• Support access and data management initiatives.
• Assist in quarterly audits and user access reporting.
• Focus on separation of duties analysis and controls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• 3+ years in access and data management/user provisioning.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Familiarity with IAM/CIAM/IGA platforms preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
