In Short

• Play a critical role in credentialing and enrollment for mental health providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches.
• Guide providers through credentialing and enrollment steps.
• Document and optimize new processes for ease of understanding.
• Support and educate credentialing and enrollment associates.
• Work in a fully remote environment (US-based only).
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or health insurance.
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
• Passionate about simplifying complex information.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or working with/for health insurance plans.
• Proven collaboration skills across teams.
• Experience in developing and optimizing processes.
• Proficiency with tools/software (Excel, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience enrolling providers with payers (preferably behavioral health).
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, CMS, & NCQA requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO).
