Overview

The Director of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions will support the external growth strategy of SGS in North America, focusing on identifying acquisition targets and executing transactions.

In Short

• Leads initiatives to identify acquisition targets.
• Prepares internal reviews of acquisition projects.
• Reviews financial statements and performs strategic assessments.
• Conducts valuation analysis and generates financial models.
• Manages acquisition processes and coordinates due diligence.

• Produces presentations and legal documentation.
• Maintains transaction information databases.
• Complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in M&A execution.
• Experience throughout the M&A lifecycle.
• Experience in deal making.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
