Senior Manager, Aviation Compliance - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Aviation Compliance is responsible for pursuing and maintaining business sales with existing and new customers within the energy sector as it relates to aviation and aerospace, while managing business activities and providing aviation safety advice.

• Win additional business through customer engagements, RFPs, estimates, and agreements.
• Planning and conducting aviation audits and assessing operator safety for SGS Aviation Clients.
• Providing technical and commercial aviation advice.
• Preparing written audit and project reports with recommendations.
• Responsible for business development and sales activities for Aviation Compliance North America.
• Review, manage and maintain business budgets.
• Manages aviation projects for clients.
• Maintains professional contact and effective working relationships with clients.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Discharges administrative duties for efficient conduct of position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-10 years audit experience in the aviation industry.
• 2-5 years experience with Flight Safety Foundation BARS program preferred.
• Relevant aviation industry licenses preferred.
• Expert level English language skills required, French preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and with others.
• Frequent travel required (34%-66%).
