Overview

As an Account Manager at SevenRooms, you’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts and achieving an individual revenue quota that directly contributes to the team’s overall targets. This role requires you to nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.

In Short

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the renewal process and engage with clients proactively.
  • Demonstrate the continued value of SevenRooms to align with client needs.
  • Identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional features and services.
  • Pitch and close upsell solutions to increase client engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Provide regular updates on account activity and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success role.
  • Ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills to support sales strategies.
  • Commitment to understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Project management abilities with a proactive approach.
