The Technical Accelerator Consultant – Impact role is part of ServiceNow Impact, which personalizes customers' digital transformation journey on the Now Platform and accelerates their time-to-value.

• Be a core part of a new team in Dublin, Ireland.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• ServiceNow skills and experience in different ServiceNow modules.
• Proven technical and business process experience in ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of LDAP, SAML/SSO, and integrations.
• Experience with AI/ML technology and ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric attitude and experience with cross-functional teams.
• Prepared to obtain and maintain ServiceNow certifications.
