Staff Software Engineer - Agentic Workflow - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Staff Agentic Software Engineer to lead the design and engineering of next-generation AI agentic workflows in ServiceNow Global Cloud Services OODP Team, focusing on building scalable, reliable, and intelligent agent-driven processes for AI-powered observability products.

• Lead the design and development of agentic workflows leveraging LLMs and autonomous agents.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-powered workflows.
• Strong expertise in AI orchestration frameworks.
• 8 years experience with a focus on workflow automation and backend development.
• Strong data background with RDBMS and analytical SQL proficiency.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Statistical background for designing efficient ML systems.
• Preferred experience with UI/UX engineering.
