Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer at Machinify, you will lead the design and development of large-scale systems that bring cutting-edge AI into production to transform Payment Integrity and Audit solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in AI-driven workflows.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python; Scala is a plus.
• Experience in designing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Ability to productionize AI/ML techniques with a focus on reliability.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures and system design.
• Proven success in reducing manual processes through automation.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working with data scientists.
