Overview

The Sr. Solution Sales Account Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows products, engaging assigned accounts and responsible for creating new business and pipeline across the ServiceNow sales cycle.

In Short

  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned account.
  • Develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list.
  • Build relationships with C-suite personas.
  • Conduct Executive and CxO discussions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting to deliver product demonstrations.
  • Promote outstanding customer experience.
  • Lead opportunities and collaborate with Core Sales Teams.
  • Present Customer Workflows offering to prospects and partners.
  • Manage sales process and opportunity closure.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.

Requirements

  • Current location in Texas, United States.
  • Experience in Enterprise Manufacturing industry.
  • Full cycle success selling CX solutions.
  • Experience in solution sales within CRM/CX vendors.
  • Understanding of CRM or CX business processes.
  • Experience leading virtual teams.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
  • Ability to produce new business and maintain C-Level relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Regional travel required up to 50%.
