Overview

The Sr. Solution Sales Account Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows products, focusing on Enterprise Manufacturing. This role involves engaging with assigned accounts, creating new business opportunities, and managing executive relationships.

In Short

  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts.
  • Develop a sales strategy and regional sales plan.
  • Build relationships with C-suite personas.
  • Conduct Executive and CxO discussions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting to deliver product demonstrations.
  • Develop a roadmap for customer experience improvement.
  • Lead opportunities and collaborate with Core Sales Teams.
  • Present Customer Workflows offerings to prospects and partners.
  • Manage sales process and opportunity closure.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.

Requirements

  • Current location in Texas, USA.
  • Experience selling to the Enterprise Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in solution sales, preferably in CRM/CX.
  • Understanding of CRM or CX business processes.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in software or solutions.
  • Ability to establish trusted relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
