Overview

The Senior Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflow products in a select territory of Strategic Tech clients in the Western US.

In Short

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting and execution
  • Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation
  • Ensure recommendation to territory strategy and account planning is aligned with Now Value principles
  • Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation
  • Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement
  • Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundational specialty solution area knowledge
  • Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory
  • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
  • 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of CX specialty solutions area
  • 7+ years experience as an AE, Sales Specialist, or in similar quota-carrying sales function
  • Demonstrated success collaborating in a matrixed account team environment
  • Understanding of business sales processes
  • Travel required: up to 50%
