Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant for ITAM Workflow will act as a functional and technical expert, consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow ITAM products to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• 5+ years of configuration/development experience
• Ability to influence and consult on ITAM practices
• Experience with web technologies and SaaS
• Strong understanding of ITAM practices and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills
• Proven team player and builder
