Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant at Salesforce is responsible for delivering projects, providing guidance on development standards, and influencing the strategic direction of projects while working closely with clients to implement solutions.

In Short

  • Deliver projects and hands-on delivery guidance.
  • Contribute to internal collaboration networks and IP sharing.
  • Develop and implement internal mitigation measures to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver presentations and architectural documents.
  • Participate in training and enablement activities.
  • Execute MuleSoft implementations for clients.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise for internal knowledge exchanges.
  • Travel to client sites across the U.S. for meetings.
  • Work remotely with telecommuting options available.
  • Collaborate with seasoned architects and consultants.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in computer architecture and object-oriented programming.
  • Knowledge of data structures and system programming.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and computer networks.
  • Experience with distributed computing.
  • Ability to travel 50% for client meetings.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
