Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant at LinkedIn will play a vital role in the Customer Success Organization, ensuring smooth onboarding of customers on the LinkedIn Learning Solutions platform through technical assistance and consulting.

• Lead successful onboarding of customers on LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• Consult with complex customers to build strategic relationships.
• Develop and deliver product presentations to clients.
• Provide prescriptive consulting and resolve escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, SQL, and system integrations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Recruiter Products and ATS integrations.
• Project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of case management tools like SFDC or Jira.
• Communication skills for technical and business audiences.
