Sr. Manager, AMS GTM Strategic Initiatives - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the AMS GTM team and drive the strategy and execution to support the success of the business. This role will be focused on delivering key strategic insights and priority GTM projects that support the GTM.

In Short

• Develop and execute cross functional GTM programs and plans to activate strategic initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs, and track the success of GTM initiatives, providing concise summaries and recommendations to management.
• Support the AMS sales teams with actionable, data-driven insights.
• Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Experience in a GTM strategic planning, SaaS sales operations, or related role in the SaaS or technology sector.
• Strong analytical skills and intellectually curious about data analysis, trends, and insight generation.
• Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
• Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
• Collaborative team player who also knows how to ‘get things done’.
