Strategic Initiatives Director - Remote

Overview

This role serves as a key strategic advisor and right-hand person to the President & CFO of BILL, partnering with the existing Chief of Staff to manage the rhythm of business for BILL’s executive team, lead select strategic initiatives, and provide decision-making support.

Requirements

• 12+ years of total work experience, including 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong bias for action and urgency.
• Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes.
